He started his career as a sales representative in a cement company in Dahod and today leads from the front at the world’s largest medical device company, Medtronic.

Clocking impressive growth for 13 years at Ranbaxy India, he was even accredited for an impressive 126% achievement by the pharma major for a newly-launched division.
Mr. Shah an ardent Gujarati was the secretary on the board of Indo Canadian not-for-profit housing project in Peel, and an active fund raiser for helping women’s cancer patients. Unleashing his inner creativity and exploring new avenues, Shah became a licensed hairstylist and owner and operator of Kwick Kutz beauty salon. Shah believes that limitations and absence of common platform have pulled back Gujaratis from establishing a bond with the vibrant state of India.
